We deliver to all states within the United States. If you are interested in an international delivery please call 206-817-3342. We do not ship to P.O.Box addresses. We ship Monday though Friday excluding Federal Holidays.
Shipping charges will be estimated at the time of placing an order. If you would like an estimate prior to placing your order please call us at 206-817-3342.
If you choose UPS Ground delivery and place your order before 3pm Pacific Time you will receive your order within 7 business days. This may change if an order placed out of Hawaii and Alaska.
If you choose UPS Two Day delivery and place your order before 3pm Pacific Time, you should receive your order within two business days except Alaska and Hawaii.
We will send you an e-mail confirmation when your order is received and shipped. You will be provided with a UPS tracking number. You can check your shipping status at www.ups.com.

Please use your original box to return the purchased merchandise. Also, please include the purchase receipt and write a return reason on the receipt.
